Estates and Compliance Manager

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing West London NHS Trust, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for an Estates and Compliance Manager this role will be: UB2 4SD The right candidate will: Responsible for the management of systems and compliance associated with the maintenance of assets across all London Sites. To provide management and assurance on all aspects of compliance within the Estates Department to ensure that Patient, Staff and Visitor environments are safe, secure and compliant with all statutory and mandatory legislation, and Department of Health guidance. To carry out these duties to ensure that the Estate is run in a way that optimises efficiency, effectiveness and patient experience The Systems and Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of Estates'' statutory compliance across all London sites are robust, suitable, and sufficient. To produce compliance status reports and generate and manage action plans to achieve and maintain compliance. To manage all aspects of Estates compliance reporting in accordance with Trust Statutory Regulations, DHSC requirements, and all national specifications for estates services.
