We will also consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive who has experience working in a Private Client department. As a Private Client fee earner, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.QualificationsTo apply for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate mattersOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsA critical thinker with excellent attention to detailA strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.Job Types:
