Ensure the service meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW Fundamental StandardsMaintain high-quality service deliveryEnsure good communication and links with all stakeholdersEnsure service delivery is person-centered, accessible, flexible, and reliableEffectively manage the staff teamImplement and maintain service delivery to meet Quality Assurance policy standardsCarry out administrative tasks related to the roleOversee finances and budgetingTrain and develop staffAbility to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of regulatory requirements and standardsProven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered ManagerRelevant qualifications in health and social careStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsQualifications
