We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Electronics Assembly Technician to join a leading electronics manufacturing environment based in Aldermaston. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in precision work, high-quality soldering, and hands-on electronic assembly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, soldering, inspection, and rework of electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring all work is completed to strict quality and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Hand assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
* Surface mount (SMT) soldering, including fine pitch and miniature components.
* Through-hole component placement and assembly.
* PCB rework, modification, and replacement of electronic components.
* Working accurately from technical drawings, schematics, and build instructions.
* Ensuring all work meets required quality, safety, and production standards.

Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or repair.
* Strong soldering skills, including fine pitch and SMT components.
* Good understanding of PCB assembly processes (SMT and through-hole).
* High attention to detail with a methodical and quality-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
