Your new companyWe are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy team working on a busy Social Housing maintenance and repair contract. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and small installation work across occupied and void properties, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery to tenants.Your new role Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs, including leaks, blockages, pipework alterations, and cylinder repairs.Undertake planned maintenance and reactive repairs across kitchens, bathrooms, and general water systems.Diagnose and repair issues within social housing properties while ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.Support with basic multi-trade tasks where required (e.g., minor carpentry, tiling, making good). What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience as a Domestic Plumber, ideally within the social housing sector.Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, hot/cold water supplies, heating distribution, and fault-finding.Ability to complete high-quality repairs independently.Full UK Driving Licence.
