Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Assistant to work on a 6 month contract situated in ManchesterThe role will be a hybrid role with a mix of homeworking and office working The role as Housing Assistant will involve: - Provide a professional administration support service for lettings and tenancy management.- Responsible for delivering all key administrative duties for these functions, ensuring customers are receiving an excellent Customer Experience in line with our Customer Service Standards and offer.- To support the Neighbourhoods Team to achieve high levels of sustainable lettings.- To ensure customers sustain their tenancies for as long as possible by identifying risks and providing or signposting customers to services and products which will support them.
