What You ll Be Doing This varied and hands-on role in the Accounts Payable team will involve: Processing a high volume of multi-currency invoices accurately and efficiently Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Conducting monthly review of the Accounts Payable ledger to monitor account activity, identify discrepancies, and maintain a clean and accurate ledger Managing payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid on time Setting up daily BACS payments for non-credit suppliers Issuing remittance advices to suppliers in advance of payment, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
