CNC Turner – Setter/Operator – Days – Permanent

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a fresh challenge and long-term stability£ We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded engineering firm, known for producing precision components for a variety of sectors.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Setter/Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set and operate CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision components
- Read and interpret detailed technical and engineering drawings
- Perform first-off inspections and quality checks throughout production
- Work with various materials and to tight tolerances
- Maintain efficient, accurate, and safe machining processes

What We''re Looking For:

- Proven experience in CNC turning – setting and operating essential
- Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and proactive team player

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Full-time, permanent position
