This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field while honing your skills in a high-throughput environment.What You''ll Do:As a Research Associate, you will be at the forefront of our herbicide research projects, supporting the Primary Profile Screening (PPS) platform. Your responsibilities will include:Spraying, maintaining, and assessing plants in the glasshouse to ensure the delivery of timely, high-quality biological data.Conducting herbicide bioassays using both established and novel screening methods.Maintaining plants under glasshouse conditions and disposing of plant materials post-testing.Accurately assessing plants for herbicidal symptoms and activity, entering results into our relevant databases.Collaborating with the PPS screening operations team, both independently and as a team player.Keeping meticulous records and ensuring databases are up-to-date.Identifying and reporting any issues or non-conformities that arise during your work.Training others in daily tasks and actively contributing to team efficiency and improvement.What We''re Looking For:To thrive in this role, you will need:A bachelor''s degree in a related field such as Biology or Environmental Science.A general understanding of ..... full job details .....
