Salary: Basic of £50,000 + bonus, company car

Hours: 9am-6pm Mondays, 10am-6pm Tuesday-Friday, No weekends.

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Aftersales to lead their Customer Service, Warranty and Aftersales Operations at our head office in Hinckley. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Aftersales function with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee warranty spend, identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency.
• Drive operational improvements and streamline aftersales processes.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the ownership journey.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience within the automotive aftersales sector.
• Strong understanding of warranty processes and customer satisfaction strategies.
• A proactive and analytical approach to managing performance and spend.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
