Local authority in Essex are currently looking for a senior estate surveyor for an initial period of 3 months. Purpose of the role: The role is part of the Property Strategy and Estates team, where you will provide professional property /estates advice to the client. As an advocate of best practice, you will be responsible for delivering a caseload ofestates matters covering the Councils operational and non-operational (investment) property portfolios.
