A client of ours is recruiting a Telesales Assistant to join their Sales & Business Development team. This is a full-time temporary remote position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, paying -18.00 per hour. The role is offered on a 12-week contract with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.
Your key duties in this Telesales Assistant role will include but are not limited to:
- Making outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introducing company services and generating interest in products.
- Inputting, organising and maintaining large sets of B2B data.
- Booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Updating CRM systems with call outcomes and lead details.
- Building rapport with decision-makers to support long-term relationships.
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous experience in telesales, sales support, or customer service.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- You will need to use your own Smart device (laptop) and have reliable Wi-Fi
