A client of ours is recruiting a Telesales Assistant to join their Sales & Business Development team. This is a full-time temporary remote position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, paying -18.00 per hour. The role is offered on a 12-week contract with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.

Your key duties in this Telesales Assistant role will include but are not limited to:

  • Making outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Introducing company services and generating interest in products.
  • Inputting, organising and maintaining large sets of B2B data.
  • Booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Updating CRM systems with call outcomes and lead details.
  • Building rapport with decision-makers to support long-term relationships.

Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Previous experience in telesales, sales support, or customer service.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • You will need to use your own Smart device (laptop) and have reliable Wi-Fi
