PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Demolition Gold Card Supervisor to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Demolition Projects around the West Midlands and Nationwide

Demolition Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating demolition activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with regulation.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of demolition operatives, ensuring they adhere to best practices and site-specific guidelines.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved RAMS and updating them as needed.
• Identifying potential hazards and ensuring appropriate control measures are in place.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of health and safety on-site.

Demolition Site Manager Requirements

• CSCS / Gold Card Ideally
• Must have Demolition project experience
• Strong site presence and hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving licence
