Right now we’re looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Operations to play a key role in our Revenue Operations team in London. Responsibilities
Strategic leadership of revenue processes and tools to ensure a seamless customer journey and support revenue targets.
Work closely with revenue leadership and cross-functional partners across the business to drive operational excellence.
Lead with flexibility in a high-tempo environment and manage change as the company grows.
Qualifications
Strategic Leadership : Proven experience leading revenue operations or business operations teams with the ability to translate commercial objectives into scalable operational initiatives.
Salesforce and Tech Stack Expertise : Deep understanding of Salesforce and tools like Clari, Salesloft, and Highspot. Act as a strategic partner to the Salesforce team.
Operational Excellence : Experience creating and managing BAU processes, resolving sales disputes, managing rules of engagement, and handling operational requests with a service mindset.
Data Fluency : Ability to interpret data, drive decisions with insights, influence stakeholders, and measure performance improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Comfortable working across marketing, product, analytics, LandD, and sales to align initiatives and support the client experience.
Commercial Acumen : Understanding of how operations drive business outcomes, prioritizing high-impact work and making trade-offs to support revenue success.
