Role PurposeThe Business Project Manager will lead and deliver strategic business transformation initiatives focused on operational improvement, efficiency, and quality. Project Management will be embedded as a core organisational competency, on a par with Total Quality Management (TQM), enabling multiple clearly bounded projects to be delivered at pace and with confidence through reduced delivery variability.Working with cross-functional teams, the role will design, implement, and embed scalable, customer-focused solutions that support long-term organisational strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering transformation initiatives within small to mid-sized organisations operating across the UK, Europe, and North America.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryDevelop Project Briefs and convert them into fully scoped project plansInitiate projects aligned to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parametersIdentify risks, dependencies, and constraints and implement mitigation plansDirect delivery using structured workstreams, action logs, governance packs, and MS PlannerManage stage gates, securing stakeholder agreement before progressionControl delivery stages to ensure outcomes and quality criteria are metLead transition into business teams using change management frameworks such as ADKAR to ensure adoption and benefits realisationClose projects effectively, capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvementBusiness TransformationDeliver strategic ..... full job details .....
