Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH Team for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Greenwich - QSW - MASH Team - 37.52 p/h Umb Duties and Responsibilities: Manage incoming safeguarding contacts and referrals within a multi-agency setting. Undertake thorough information gathering and risk analysis to inform threshold decisions. Determine whether cases meet criteria for Early Help, Child in Need, or Child Protection intervention. Liaise with partner agencies to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses. Provide clear rationale for decisions and maintain accurate case recordings. Escalate high-risk cases appropriately and ensure timely progression to relevant teams. Working Pattern: Hybrid working (subject to service requirements). Pay Rate: 37.52 p/h Umb Essential Requirements: Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent. Social Work England Registration. Previous MASH or strong Referral and Assessment experience.
