Project Manager

** This role requires regular travel and statying away at sites across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced-Project Manager-to lead refurbishment projects across the Holiday Inn framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end refurbishment projects across multiple Holiday Inn sites.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing hotel refurbishment projects, preferably within framework agreements.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

Experience with Holiday Inn or similar hospitality brands is highly advantageous.
