Our client is searching for a People Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s objectives. The People Business Partner will provide guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, organisational development, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive work culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related mattersSupport with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plansSupport with developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectivesMediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policiesIdentify talent gaps and work with leaders on succession planning and retention strategies.Partner with leadership to drive change initiatives and foster employee engagement during organisational changesSupport communication plans and cultural transformation effortsEnsure HR practices comply with legal requirements and align with company standardsUse data to inform decisions on turnover, engagement, and other workforce challengesIdentify training needs and partner with internal/external resources to deliver impactful learning solutionsOffer thought leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and executionEducate and advise managers on performance management and employee development goals.Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning and DevelopmentPartner with Learning and Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performanceManage and resolve complex employee relations issuesConduct effective, thorough and objective investigationsMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managementWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionPerform other related duties as assigned by the head of departmentYou will demonstrateA passion for working as an HR professional within a creative environment and an enthusiasm to progress your careerIndependence and the ability to confidently make decisionsA healthy resilience by remaining productive under pressure, meeting deadlines and remaining calmA strong results driven approach and strives for excellencePlay an active part in ensuring a positive perception of the HR team within the agencyApproach your work, projects and initiatives with energy, passion and fun!Skills and QualificationsQualified CIPD level 5 or aboveA minimum of 7 years’ proven work experience in human resourcesA minimum of 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proven work experience as an HR Business partner or similar roleExcellent case management skills, understanding timings, process and the importance of updating stakeholdersExcellent knowledge of employment legislation, best practice process and documentationUnderstanding of employment relations and the importance of confidentiality, discretion and sensitivityPersonable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the businessExtensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment lawProfessionalism and an overall positive attitudeExperience of advising and supporting managers on a range of employee relations matters to an appropriate conclusionProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsTo be considered for this exceptional role, get in touch ASAP as this will be a popular position working for a fantastic company!We exclusively represent many of London’s leading creative and media companies.
