Business Development Manager (BDM)Full Time: 40 hours per week Monday Friday, 08 30Location: Remote Territory Based, with travel to client sites. Must Live in Milton Keynes. Salary: From 35k to Dependent on Experience + BONUS + Car Allowance About the RoleReporting to the Project Lead, the Business Development Manager is a client-facing role that sits at the heart of KPI Recruiting s growth strategy. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position offering genuine autonomy to build your own network, develop a strong sales pipeline, and establish KPI Recruiting s presence within your dedicated territory.You ll be responsible for opening a new area for the business, identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and building long-term partnerships.
