Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required for well known residential developer for a period of at least 3 months.

Ideally applicants will be based between Reading and Oxford and will split time between the office and site.

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor for a residential new build developer and understand all aspects of the role. -Taking control of the commercial aspects of the project working closely with teams at both head office and site.-

Ideally applicants will have previously used Coins.
