Job Description:Your role

You will carry out technical maintenance, repairs, and installations, providing first and second line support in our data centre to meet customer SLAs. Responsibilities include monitoring building systems, environmental conditions, and technical equipment, reporting issues to minimize downtime, overseeing contractor work, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. From routine preventative maintenance to addressing immediate issues, you will ensure our data centre meets all customer needs.

What you’ll need

Proven engineering experience with air conditioning, UPS, generators, and LV systems

Experience working as a technician in electrical or industrial environments

Strong fault-finding skills using graphical information and alarm data

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Good communication skills in English, including report writing

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities

Vocational education in a technical field
