This is a full-time (35 hours per week) position working across the Bedfordshire region as part of a multi-disciplinary team. As Team Leader, you ll guide practitioners delivering tailored interventions across Family and Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Wellbeing, and Social Inclusion, helping people build safer, more stable futures. What You ll Be Doing Lead, motivate and develop a team of practitioners delivering personal wellbeing interventions Allocate and oversee caseloads, including managing a small number of complex cases Drive performance against KPIs set by Forward Trust and Commissioners Ensure interventions meet contractual, audit and quality standards Conduct supervision, observed practice sessions, file checks and performance reviews Manage service rotas, chair meetings and deputise for the Service Manager when required Maintain strong working relationships with Probation Delivery Units and partner agencies Oversee accurate data entry and reporting via the ..... full job details .....
