Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Required - East London/ Canary Wharf - Up to -95,000 plus package depending on experience.

Data Centre Experience Required.

I am currently working in partnership with one of the largest contractors based in London who are looking to bring an experienced M&E QS into their team due to recently securing a new Data Centre Project in East-London valued around -35m MEP.The turnover for the business is in excess of -200million with one of the best reputations in London attracting the highest calibre of employees.-My client typically works within the Commercial, Data Centre & Pharmaceutical sectors with values between -30m - -150m.-

Duties:

• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.

• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.

• Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.

• Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.

• Commercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.

• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.

• Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.

Requirements:
