The Senior Commercial Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the real time interface and relationship with a supplier for a recently insourced contract in line with government policy and best practice to deliver value for money and wider commercial benefitsYou will lead the relationship for initially 1 contract, and act as a lead in commercial contract management, acting as a mentor and sounding board for other contract managers. Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager- To manage the teams day to day activity- To monitor the supplier''s commercial and service management performance under the contract and analyse performance. - To take remedial action where necessary.
