This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for internal new business, existing client performance, tenders and bids for new contracts, client retention, cancellations, and overall leadership of the internal sales function. As Sales Manager, you will be disciplined, highly motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing customer lifetime value, and developing both Sales Executives and Team Leaders to achieve outstanding results.
