Senior Pre-Construction Manager • Top £100m+ DandB Fitout Contractor • £100k+ commissionI have an immediate requirement for a Senior Preconstruction / Pre-Contracts / Commercial Manager for one of my clients, a top DandB Office Fit Out contractor based in Central ish London famed for their culture and vibe.The role is to head up Precon for a new cluster within a highly successful business, providing great opportunity for growth and career development and working with others to build a new venture.It will suit someone looking to take that step up from Precon Manager to Senior and then Head of Precon, or perhaps a Commercial Manager looking for more of a Pre-Construction / Pre-Contracts role.

Responsibilities

Lead Preconstruction for a new cluster within the business, setting strategy and direction for pre-construction activities.Pricing and tendering for projects, preparing and presenting bids to clients.Pitching to clients and maintaining proactive client engagement throughout the bid process.Collaborate with Design and Delivery teams to ensure robust, competitive proposals.Drive the win-rate of new projects and contribute to commercial performance.Qualifications and Experience

Experience in pre-construction / pre-contract management within DandB fit-out or similar sectors.Proven ability to lead tendering, pricing, and client engagement for multi-million pound schemes.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to liaise effectively with design and delivery teams.Application and Other Details
