Content and Community

team, crafting a range of video content designed for reach, resonance, and virality. Think fast, fun, scroll-stopping edits for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Synthesia shows up on social - from product drops and launch teasers to everyday social media campaigns!Must-have skills/experience:

High-level video editing experience with a strong portfolio.Proven experience editing social-first content (organic social and/or paid ads).At least some basic motion design skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative content environment.Experience of content ideation (you won’t just cut footage, you’ll bring ideas to help shape what gets made).An understanding of platform-specific best practices (e.g. TikTok vs LinkedIn vs YouTube Shorts) - knowing what will hook people in the first 3 seconds.Some extra skills that would be awesome:
