You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to smash store targets and drive excellence in their store, across all areas.Responsibilities

Support in the day-to-day supervision of the team and motivate teammates to deliver amazing levels of service.Give clear direction to focus team activity on and off the shop floor, inspiring and engaging associates to achieve daily targets.Lead the team with managers to hit store targets and ensure the store is a great place to work.Coordinate the team across operational tasks, guiding them with operational expertise.Provide timely feedback to associates, recognising success and positively challenging poor performance.You Are
