Our client values innovation and empowerment, fostering a culture where employees feel valued and respected.Key Responsibilities:Support the Financial Planning and Business Partnering Leader to design and deliver impactful finance business partnering across the business.Provide business partnering support to engineering and operations teams, offering finance support and guidanceEmbed key performance metrics into the business, including labour utilisation, efficiency, absorption, standard costs and inventory turnsWork with operational teams to create meaningful budgetsPartner with budget holders to ensure robust cost control and deliver business targetsIdentify opportunities to improve data capture and processesProvide ad hoc analysis and project support as neededJob Requirements:Qualified or near qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) is highly desirableExperience within an operational/manufacturing/engineering finance team in similar positionsAbility to build strong relationships with key stakeholdersUnderstanding of engineering and operational environments, including supply chain and manufacturing engineeringAbility to create high-quality, commercially meaningful outputs, including robust audit trails and process notesKnowledge of integrated ERPs, ..... full job details .....
