Provide a high standard of holistic care and support so clients can maintain independence, autonomy, choice and lead fulfilled lives.Ensure clients are at the heart of day care delivery and that their physical, social and wellbeing needs are met.Maintain high standards of care and promote client dignity, choice and respect.Keep clients safe and secure.What we are looking for
We would like our Bank Day Care Assistant to be passionate about care, to build solid relationships with clients, and to work as a flexible, empathetic team member who is willing to go the extra mile.Qualifications
Experience working with older people is welcome. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is not essential, as full training will be provided.Benefits
