By making contact with these students and through these interactions, the team will help identify what the individuals need to get the most out of their studies. Identifying trends of potential barriers to education which can be addressed by working with other stakeholders.The postholder will be responsible for individual proactive engagement with students not engaging with their studies to try to re-engage them and identify support required, and for running campaigns to engage students at specific times of the year.Key duties and responsibilities: Make contact and engage with students about their engagement with their studies. Undertake face-to-face, telephone and online sessions with students. Advise students on the range of support available within the University to help them engage with their studies. Making good use of available data to identify students that might be at risk with their engagement. Develop student engagement campaigns.
