This role combines responsibility for managing people data and analytics with the full payroll cycle, supporting both strategic decision-making and day-to-day HR operations.Job Title: HR and Payroll Data AnalystLocation: Crawley, HybridSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 + BonusJob Type: Permanent Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, validate, and analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key workforce metrics.Manage data for talent management, succession planning, and gender pay gap reporting.Support HR initiatives, including training, wellbeing, and group-wide projects.Maintain accurate employee records (holidays, sickness, benefits, bonuses).Process end-to-end payroll, including pensions, statutory payments, deductions, and HMRC reporting.Resolve payroll queries and issue relevant documentation.Skills and ExperienceExperience as a data analyst (ideally in HR/people data).Payroll experience (end-to-end, including compliance with statutory requirements).Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.Ability to work with confidential data professionally.Knowledge of HR practices and processes.CIPD Level 3 (or higher) preferred. ..... full job details .....
