It’s why we describe ourselves as ‘the challenger agency for challenger brandsABOUT THE ROLE:As part of our Reception and Front of House team, you will be committed to ensuring best in class service, delivery and communication at all times to our clients, guests and VCCP Partnership teams. You will be a driving force behind our slick image and polished office operation which is utterly vital in keeping our clients, visitors and staff happy.You will pay high attention to detail regarding our brand and vision, and be responsible for its smooth running with our other Receptionist and Front of House co-ordinators.Our Receptionist shifts are currently: 7.45 am - 4.15 pm and 10.30 am – 7.00 pm so you could be doing either of those shifts.** Flexibility is required to support the needs of our business**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Main number calls: ensure all calls are promptly answered. Maintain the utmost level of confidentiality while remaining professional and helpful.Guest experience: professional guest greeting and recognizing regular clients and guests.Other daily duties include meeting room checks; ordering breakfast items for our kitchens, assisting with staff and client travel; organising couriers and floristry requests; coordinating our weekly beauty treatments and massages, organizing security passes (activation and deactivation for starters and leavers), organising catering/refreshments and associated budget/financial responsibilities.With our Receptionist and Front of House team, ensure our Front of House reflects our brand and best in class service with meticulous attention to detail - our Reception/FoH needs to be a slick operation and create the best first impression.Meeting rooms: oversee the agency’s meeting room system, assist with requests or conflicts and organise catering/refreshments.Co-manage our FoH team ensuring that they also uphold our high attention to detail, are punctual, professional and welcoming.Work with senior staff members to constantly improve Reception and ensure we are always providing the highest standard of hospitality to VIP clients.Receive consistently high levels of internal and external client satisfaction.Constantly strive to improve VCCP delivery, service levels and processes.Build successful partnerships with clients, guests and colleagues, cultivating best in class relationships.SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:Experience working in either a service, hospitality or luxury role, preferably in a dynamic and fast paced agency environment with exposure to a high volume of calls and guests.‘Concierge’ level of attention to client and guest servicing. Friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional.
