Specialist CHC Senior Social Worker Salary: 45,830 - 51,130 (SW3) Hybrid Working Adult Social Care Permanent An opportunity has arisen for an experienced practitioner to take on a Specialist CHC Senior Social Worker role within Adult Social Care. In this senior role, you will lead on Decision Support Tool (DST) assessments to determine eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding, manage complex cases, and support the resolution of joint funding or dispute issues. You will work closely with internal teams, care providers and local authority partners to ensure appropriate care and support packages are in place, regardless of CHC eligibility outcomes. You will also contribute to Section 117 reviews, provide expert guidance to colleagues, and play a key role in service improvement, quality assurance and staff development.
