Substantial experience of any module within ServiceNow. Track record of delivering value through the implementation of new or enhanced functionality into a large organisation in a ServiceNow context. Demonstrate ability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment either as part of a team or under their own initiative. Show leadership and take responsibility for areas of the platform. Show initiative when tackling issues, providing potential solutions where applicable. Excellent knowledge and experience of IT methodologies such as Agile.
