Oversee all on-site operations for residential developmentsManage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staffEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsMonitor progress and report to senior managementConduct quality checks and ensure snag-free handoversMaintain site records and manage site logisticsRequirements:
