The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a proactive and operational HR service across a workforce of approximately 200 employees. The Role Reporting directly into the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering a full generalist HR service across the business. This is a highly operational role where visibility, approachability and relationship building are key. You will be involved in everything from recruitment and employee relations to engagement initiatives and supporting managers across the business.
