Team Leader (Gas - Tenant Safety Team Housing Services) – Waverley CourtSalary: £46,023 - £54,476 | Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeksThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Council''s Tenant Safety team as a Gas Team Leader.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of gas engineers in a busy and challenging work environment, ensuring the Council is fully compliant with statutory responsibilities and placing tenants'' safety at the heart of the role.Provide strong leadership, including managing workloads, directing resources, prioritising tasks, driving performance, and supporting and developing your team.Work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, providing professional advice and guidance from your experience and expertise.

Requirements / Qualifications

Suitably qualified to competently manage a gas team.
