Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Private Equity FundAsset Partners has been mandated by a prominent private equity fund to appoint a CFO to lead the finance function, reporting directly to the Managing Partners.

The Role

Fund finance: budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, audit and tax.

Run capital activity (calls and distributions) and deliver high-quality LP/client reporting.

Ensure best-practice fund operations and a robust compliance framework.

Oversee external partners: fund administrator, auditors, tax advisers, and legal counsel.

Partner with the Managing Partners on fund structuring, fundraising workflows, and investor due diligence; provide effective support to Investor Relations.

Candidate Profile

10+ years of progressive experience in private equity or venture capital finance.

Prior CFO (or senior finance leadership) experience within a PE investment fund managing meaningful AUM.

Deep technical command of fund accounting, structuring, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrable involvement in investor communications, reporting, and fundraising.
