Chef De Partie - Brasserie Style Hotel Restaurant

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie to work as an integral part of the kitchen team within the hotels main Restaurant. The chef de partie will report to the kitchens Head and Sous Chef and make sure the standard of food and service are executed to the highest levels at all times.

A proven, successful background from within a similar luxury hospitality environment at Chef De Partie levelA true passion for the industry with the ability to improve standards and implemented new ideasInitiative and creativityEffective communication skillsConfidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring the junior chefs in their tasks.Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.Possess a willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
