Legal Support Assistant with visa sponsorship

to join our Real Estate Disputes and Farms, Estates and Rural Land teams.In this key support role, you''ll assist lawyers with administrative, operational, and transactional tasks—ensuring seamless service delivery across complex property-related cases. You’ll work on both contentious and non-contentious matters such as:Landlord and tenant disputesEasement and title issuesRural land transactionsDevelopment and general property casesThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with one of the UK’s fastest-growing law firms.Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsHandle calls and correspondence on behalf of lawyersSupport monthly billing, expenses, and credit controlOpen and maintain legal files including AML and ID checksEnsure compliance with internal protocols (Lexcel, SRA, AML regulations)Provide administrative support for business development and client outreachAssist with property transactions such as Land Registry filings and legal searchesWhat We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systemsVisa Sponsorship and Eligibility
