Build detailed financial models and draft internal investment presentations to support credit evaluation and decision-making.Maintain and update active deal tracking reports, ensuring visibility on pipeline status and upcoming closings.Coordinate with counterparties—including borrowers, legal counsel, advisors, and brokers—to support transaction execution.Support post-close asset oversight by tracking construction draws, budget adherence, and project timelines in coordination with servicers and internal ops.
