and delivery of secure, performant, scalable software.Build and lead a high-performing team

across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data.Ensure engineering excellence

, balancing quality, speed, and impact.Drive innovation

across our product, internal tools, and scientific data workflows.Stay hands-on —you’re just as comfortable coding and reviewing as you are with strategy.A proven track record as a senior engineering leader in high-growth B2B SaaS.Experience building and shipping complex products, including those with data science and AI components.Technical depth across Python, Typescript, GraphQL, AWS, and Terraform.A track record of enabling strong engineering culture and delivery practices.Experience with geospatial data, sustainability, risk or compliance domains.Own what you build
