Our client is a main contractor who specialise within the restoration, high end residential and commercial sectors. Their projects range from £50k - £250k and include both internal and external refurbishments / repairs. They are in the market for a temp to perm Site Manager to oversee external repairs on a high profile entertainment venue, the project is valued at £150k. Duties will involve, managing the day to day running of the site as the number one reporting into a visiting contracts manager, in charge of health and safety, client liaison and subcontractor management.
