Youth Support Worker, Oxford, 17.50 - 18.50 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our customers team in Oxford. As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 11-18 who are experiencing vulnerabilities, including risk of exploitation, involvement in crime or anti-social behaviour, family breakdown, missing episodes, or challenges around emotional wellbeing. Your goal will be to build trusting relationships, reduce risk, and empower young people to make safe and positive decisions for their future, utilising your expertise in youth support and development to drive positive outcomes.
