We are now working with a leading European advisory firm, with a very strong name in debt advisory. They have an excellent reputation advising mid-market private equity funds looking to raise capital for buyouts and other financings.They are now looking to add a VP to their London team.The role will lead the origination and execution of debt advisory mandates across a range of sectors.Responsibilities

Working with private equity funds and corporates on debt advisory mandates. This could involve advising them raising finance, leveraged finance, refinancings and acquisition finance.Leading deal teams, acting as a key interface with clients and other parties.Deal structuring and negotiation.Managing and motivating analysts and associates.Business development and origination work.Qualifications

VP-level professional.Substantial experience of working on debt advisory or leveraged finance mandates.Excellent deal sheet, able to lead debt advisory mandates.
