A Vacancy at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.This is an opportunity to join the Gastroenterology team at Mid and South Essex NHS Trust.This role will be based in Southend Hospital, with the opportunity to work cross-site performing Endoscopy lists at Orsett or a new CDC in Basildon.The successful candidate will help to provide inpatient care for Gastroenterology patients on a 1:5 Gastroenterologist of the Week model.You will work alongside established gastroenterology consultants to support the provision of inpatient and outpatient services.You will undertake teaching duties for undergraduate and postgraduate medical staff and other professional groups such as nursing and pharmacy.Our ambition is to deliver excellent local and specialist services, improve the health and wellbeing of our patients, and provide a vibrant environment for staff development, innovation, and career building.We aim to maximize our skills and experiences to become the best we can be.
