Our client is a market leading, high growth specialist service sector company and they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Manager to join their head office team based in Oakham. The role will report to the Finance Director and will be a key member of the Senior Management team. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow. Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
