One day, you might be going swimming, and the next, helping with homework all while mentoring and guiding young people in their daily lives. Shift Pattern: Includes sleep-ins and flexible shifts across 7 days a week. Shifts may start at 10 AM, include a sleep-in, and finish at 10:30 AM the next day, or run from 10 AM to 10:30 PM.
