The role offers genuine long term progression, and aa clear route to Head of Department and ultimately-Partnership.

• Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law
• Ability to manage caseload independently
• Strong experience across a broad range of private family law matters
• High client facing involvement
• Strong IT and Case Management systems experience
• Experience of DPS IT Case Management System would be beneficial (not essential)
• Handle matters including to include: divorce, financial disputes, children matters, separation agreements, pre & post nuptial agreements, care proceeding and domestic abuse- -
